Classic pink bologna prepared with traditional spices and a combination of chicken, pork & beef. This product slices smoothly and uniformly with a typical bologna bite and a smooth mouthfeel.

Product Specs

Ingredients:

Mechanically separated chicken, pork, beef, water, less than 2% salt, sugar, flavors (dextrose, mustard, dehydrated onion and garlic, and spice extractives including paprika), sodium phosphate, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate.

Appearance:

A very fine particle distribution from the emulsion process will create a smooth surface with a consistent pink color.

Texture:

Tightly bound, firm. Smooth surface from the emulsion process and dry from small amount of water added.

Flavor:

Balanced blend of all-beef bologna seasonings with an emphasis in mustard.
