Ideally suited for stews or center-of-plate applicatiions, our beef offers an attractive dark-pink interior color and dark brown exterior. Uniformly sized and shaped, this beef is ideal directly out of the package.

Appearance:

Variably cubic pieces with translucent red-brown gel, brown surface, uniformly pink interior, typical striated beef character.

Texture:

Holds cubic shape until manually deformed, shreds easily when eaten while retaining individual shred character.
