Each Food Discovery Box features a variety of Deli Star proteins in some of our favorite sample applications.
This month, we featured Korean BBQ Taco with Kimchi Slaw and Sriracha Mayo. Building on the emerging Korean food trends, this sample application builds on Third-Culture Cuisine ideas coming to the US.
The Korean BBQ Taco showcases the Deli Star Sous Vide Steak protein. This product is part of our Revel Fresh Sous Vide line of products, featuring whole muscle steak cooked medium-well. The red-brown exterior is cut relatively uniformly.

Sliced Sous Vide Steak
Our fresh, never-frozen whole muscle proteins use a sous vide method to deliver a superior taste, texture, and appearance over frozen alternatives.
- Relatively uniform with a red-brown exterior and a varying pink to brown interior typical of a medium to medium-well cooked steak
- Firm enough to hold form when manually sliced or diced, but yields easily with typical bite pressure
- 120-day refrigerated shelf-life
- Delicious on a sandwich with horseradish cream, in center-of-the-plate Entrees like Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry, as a protein topper for Salads, Eggs and Rice Bowls.
